The hotel is undergoing renovations, but my upgraded room on the top floor was ready upon my early arrival at noon. The service staff were incredibly polite, friendly, and helpful, making my break in this beautiful area even more enjoyable. The location, just a 5-minute walk from Richmond town centre with easy access to transport, was exactly what I needed. The dining options were limited, but the hot drink with cereals was a simple yet sufficient choice. The facilities were adequate for my needs during my stay.
