The hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were uncomfortably warm and a bit tatty with a crack in the window and certain areas dirty. However, being at ground level provided convenience, and the overall warmth of the hotel was comfortable.
The hotel offers a comfortable stay with friendly service in a convenient location. The rooms are well-equipped, but some fixtures need maintenance. The dining options are basic, and the facilities are decent overall.
The hotel is undergoing renovations, but my upgraded room on the top floor was ready upon my early arrival at noon. The service staff were incredibly polite, friendly, and helpful, making my break in this beautiful area even more enjoyable. The location, just a 5-minute walk from Richmond town centre with easy access to transport, was exactly what I needed. The dining options were limited, but the hot drink with cereals was a simple yet sufficient choice. The facilities were adequate for my needs during my stay.
